The bear arrived later than it was supposed which is expected given the circumstances at the moment, however when I unwrapped the bear the right ear was extremely damaged to the point where it was barely there. This couldn’t have happened during delivery because the flowers were shaped around the shape of the ear so it was damaged and sent out anyway. Very disappointed as it was a baby shower gift.
